this Valentine's Day, I intend to stand

yowza. car accidents suck. however, as the words of the police officer run through my head: "any accident you can walk away from is a good accident" i think, yeah, that's right. i'm okay. shooken up, scared, sore body from the collision/impact -- at a loss as to how the other woman is now saying it's my fault when she crossed in front of me & blammy! right into me going straight, is baffling. but again, i walked away. thank goodness for that.

i teach knitting to a bunch of kiddos in an after school knitting club at my school. they love it; mostly though, they love to gab & chat & eat snacks while *sorta* knitting. however, this little smart kiddo comes in with this - knitting a pretty awesome scarf with pencils. that, i like :)

my beach combing life can be called complete now i think; never satiated, but complete. i've been wanting to find a sea urchin for-ever. was so excited to see this pretty all by himself, in perfect condition, just waiting for me to take him home & treasure him & place him in a very honored spot on my dresser.
