mysterious letters
such a great project: mysterious letters bundles of letters sent to everyone in a certain town - they say they intend to write everyone in the world a letter! i love when people get an idea with such a wide scope and try to follow that path through to fruition. especially one about reviving letter writing - the time and patience & creativity it would take to undertake such an endeavor is pretty awesome!

i've been missing out on my dance classes the last week or two :( makes me kind of crazy, but that doesn't mean i can't dance around on my own - i love this:

DomestiCity exhibit closing this sunday!

my sunlight

domestiCity show @ project sprout gallery
so katrina & myself opened our domestiCity show a fortnight ago (seems longer than that, i do believe i have moved on from the work & am ready to begin something new) the inaugural evening of the gallery was such fun & lovely works by the two of us came together so well. (if i do say so) it was exciting to see all the work framed, all our hard work paying off. always a learning process involved as well, but it is thrilling to have a gallery space in our home, & i get to greet the work each morning :)

& don't forget to come on out still if you missed it or are wanting to see the works again or if you are feeling like you really need to make a purchase!! we are open until feb 20 by appointment & we have a closing on the 21st of februay from 2-5 that you are invited to as well! please come see us, we'll have yummy tea & treats for you :)

it's feburary
the domestiCity show photos are up on deck next, but in the mean-i'm-really-exhausted-time, this is what i'm thinking:
i have a pimple & my show is open & i'm tired, tired, tired. i've been scouring for new recipes to try, thinking about organization, new art lesson plans for the kiddos, and dreaming about a spa weekend. oh february.
